About the Author

Welcome to Unrepeatable Blessings! I am Danielle Dyann Abril.  I am first and foremost a child of God and a lover of Christ. I am a wife to an awesome man who teaches Theology according to the Roman Catholic tradition. I fill my days being a stay-at-home, home-schooling mother to 6 amazing children (all 10 and under). My journey to motherhood has been full of lots of ups and downs as we have navigated infertility, miscarriage, foster care, adoption, and biological parenthood.

Before becoming a mother, I earned my B.A. and M.A. in Theology and Christian Ministry at the Franciscan University of Steubenville. After completing my degree, I worked at a diocesan catechetical office helping others to plan and coordinate their parish and school catechetical programs. Now I fulfill my calling to serve others through my work the Office of Natural Family Planning with the Archdiocese of Saint Louis where I compile the monthly e-newsletter, write for the NFP. Good for Life Blog, help with the Enkindle Ministry, among other things.

It is my greatest desire to be an encouragement and a blessing to those around me. I will readily admit that I make a thousand mistakes every day but I get up each morning and ask Jesus to make me more like HIM! As the title of this site says, I will strive to share how each moment in this life is an unrepeatable blessing which we should treasure in our hearts—just as did our Mother Mary.

My ultimate goal is to lift up and encourage other women, mothers, and virtual friends on those days when our greatest blessings often feel like our heaviest crosses. Never for a moment imagine that I have it all figured out. Just know that I am sharing the little lessons Jesus teaches me each day with you my dear readers.

Please connect with me on through social media. I would love to hear from you! You will be in my prayers!
